Jennifer Johnson, Director of Operations and Business Development, graduated in 1995 from Hollins University with a Bachelor's in English with a Creative Writing Concentration and a Bachelor's in Economics. In 2003, she graduated from Hollins University with a MALS in Computer Studies. Jennifer has worked in sales and marketing for over 13 years, 8 of which were spent working for Verizon in a variety of different roles in which she continually surpassed company wide goals. She has spent the last 4 years working with direct email marketing campaigns and email marketing database integrity.

Phyllis Osofsky, Director of Human Resources, graduated in 2000 from University of Maryland Universiry College with a Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Phyllis has 10 years of Human Resources experience with the Federal Government and private sectors. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and will be a certified PHR in the near future.

Vidya Sankar, Director of Technology, graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor's in Tech. Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Kerala State University in Kerala, India. Currently, Vidya is studying for her MBA in Competitive Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University. Vidya brings over 10 years of experience in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle with areas of expertise including but not limited to Business Intelligence, Project Planning and Development, Applications Systems Conversion and Migration.

Kristin K. Rule, Director of Web Development, graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Public Relations and received her Master's degree in Multimedia Design from University of Sydney, Australia in 2004. Kristin has been working in the graphic and web design industry for more than 10 years and has extensive experience in web design, html coding, typography, color theory and advertising design. She has worked for such online teams as PBS Online and the Discovery Channel.

Rachel Shegogue, Senior Creative Manager, graduated in 2006 from James Madison University with a Bachelor's in Marketing with a concentration in Business-to-Consumer. Rachel is a Certified eMarketing Associate (CeMA) and has experience in Internet marketing and advertising for non-profit and for-profits. In the next few years, Rachel plans on attending school to receive her Master's in Marketing.

Youme Lee, Senior Operations Manager, graduated in 2006 from University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor's in Marketing. Post-undergraduate life, Youme worked as an E-Selling Assistant Marketing Manager when she decided to decline a promotion and follow her vision to pursue a law degree. Youme will be starting her first year at Campbell University in August 2007.

Scott Powers, Director of Engineering, graduated in 1993 from Ball State University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. In 1994, Scott graduated from Ball State University with a Master's in Computer Science. After college, Scott went to work for the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) at the University of Illinois (UIUC) where he led and worked on many projects including the X/Mosaic Web Browser project. Scott's next position was with a Prototyping/Reverse Engineering company called Raindrop Geomagic. From Raindrop, Scott moved to consulting for websites and eventually taking on another GUI/Application Engineer position at Pointwise, Inc. (3D CFD Modeling Application). All told, Scott has 9 years of GUI and Application Engineering experience, primarily focused on cross-platform development. Scott has 7 years of website development experience (including database integration). As a cross-platform developer, Scott has vast experience with unix, windows, and macintosh development.
